Last night i went to hang with my buddy steve and we saw this incredible local band called Lights.  It's made up of one chick on keyboard, and 2 other dudes on keyboard/triangle and drums. 

I hardly go on about bands, but seriously we were standing there tripping out and laughing, wondering how this trio could sound so good live.  it sounded like it was just music playing on a stereo or something but kept messing with our minds.  i guess the best part about it was they kept surprising us with awesome sounds and breakdowns.  They even played a triangle god dammit!  I dont' know the girl's name, but her voice is rad and it was probably some of the best live music i've heard in a long time.

yawwwwwwn it's morning and my legs need a break from yesterday.

I went to the weed march here in toronto.... it's like this huge protest/hangout that happens every year in Queens Park to regulize marijuana... and you can actually smoke legally there.  I'm not a huge pothead or anything, i just think that alcohol is far more dangerous that pot and it's stupid how that's legal and this is not... especially when as many people smoke it as the amount of people who smoke cigarettes (ew).  There's my protest hahaha. 

There were tons of people there... i don't know how many thousand showed up this time but it totally made me feel like I was in the 60's and part of some movement or something haha.

Later on that night, I went to check out my friends in Mugshot who I hadn't seen in forever.  I missed their set but got to catch up a bit after.  It was good.  I need to start going out more... I feel like i've lost my partying edge.

Today I'm heading home again... even though I don't really feel like it.
